If you do not have an order number at hand, please send us the following information: full name, delivery address, and the email address you use for your orders.
To resolve the issue of the incorrect delivery, we kindly ask for the pack number. You can find it on the barcode sticker attached to the package. The code consists of 5 characters (letters and numbers).
