You can easily change your delivery interval yourself in your customer account – here’s how:
1. Log in to your customer account on our website.
2. Under “My Subscriptions”, select the subscription for which you want to adjust the interval.
3. You’ll be taken to the following page. Click on the pencil icon next to the current frequency.
4. A window will open where you can edit the interval.
5. Confirm your change – and that’s it!
Please note: If you want to change the interval for multiple subscription products, you’ll need to do this individually for each product.
