If you cannot log in, it might be because you have not yet activated your account. If you did not create a customer account when placing your order, please register. You can do so via this icon in the webshop:
You will then receive a registration email. Please follow the instructions in the email and create your password. If this does not work, please write to us via the contact form (section "Manage Customer Data").
Please note that a customer account must always be actively created by you; it is not created automatically. If you have ordered a subscription, you definitely need an activated customer account in order to manage your subscription independently. Moreover, you can always view your order history and the status of your current order in your customer account.
