If you can’t log in, it might be because you haven’t activated your customer account yet. Please first check if you have activated your account. If you haven’t created a customer account when placing the order, please register through the icon on the webshop.
You will then receive an email for registration. Follow the instructions in the email to create your password.
Also, remember to check if you might have another customer account under a different email address. Sometimes you may have created an account with a different email.
If you’ve ordered a subscription, you absolutely need an activated customer account to manage your subscription. In your customer account, you can also view your order history and the status of your current order at any time.
