Our citric acid consists of 100% citric acid monohydrate (CAS No. 5949-29-1).
Important: Never use citric acid with boiling water. Hot (but not boiling) water is more than sufficient. If the temperature is too high, undesired chemical reactions may occur and cause deposits.
