You can easily change your subscription trigger date yourself in your customer account – here’s how:
1. Log in to your customer account on our website.
2. Under “My Subscriptions”, select the product for which you want to adjust the trigger date.
3. You’ll be taken to the following page – click on the pencil icon next to the current date.
4. A window will open where you can edit the date.
5. Confirm your change – and that’s it!
Please note: if you want to change the date for multiple subscription products, you’ll need to do this individually for each product.
