If you have received a message regarding an address adjustment for your current order, please send us your current address via our contact form or as a reply to our email.
You can easily change the address for all future deliveries in your customer account. Please also ensure that you have updated the address in your subscription management settings.
You can change the address in your customer account – here’s how:
1. Log in to your customer account on our website.
2. Under "Account Details," click on the pencil icon next to your current shipping address.
3. A new window will open where you can update your address. Click "Save."
4. If you have an active subscription with us, you can now select the subscriptions that should be delivered to your new address. Confirm your selection by clicking "Save."
5. Confirm your changes – that's it!
