Our products contain easily biodegradable ingredients. Why do we say "easily biodegradable" instead of "completely"? It’s simple: Only very few substances – whether of natural or synthetic origin – are actually 100% biodegradable.
Mineral substances, for example, cannot be biologically decomposed because biodegradability is only possible with purely organic compounds.
Terms like "completely biodegradable" can also be misleading because without a defined time frame, they are not very informative – how quickly and under which conditions a substance breaks down is what really matters.
