You can update your payment information yourself in your customer account at any time.
1. Log in to your customer account on our website.
2. Under “Account details”, click the pencil icon next to your current payment method.
3. A window will open. Confirm that you want to update the payment method by clicking “Send link via email.”
Please note: for subscriptions, only PayPal or credit card are available.
4. Check your email inbox and follow the instructions to update your payment method.
Tip: also check your spam folder!
