Yes, we’ll notify you by email about 3 days before your next delivery. This gives you time to adjust the delivery or change the date if needed. You can also view all details about upcoming deliveries anytime in your customer account and make changes there if necessary.
If you can’t log in, please check whether your account is activated or if it was created with a different email address. If you haven’t created an account yet, just register in the webshop and set your password using the email you’ll receive.
An active account is required to manage your subscription. You can also view your order history in your account.
