For smaller products like cleaning refills or dishcloths, tracking is unfortunately not available. To reduce packaging and emissions, these items are shipped as large letters and delivered directly to your mailbox.
Larger orders – for example, those containing bottles, laundry detergents or multiple products – are sent as insured parcels with tracking. You’ll find the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
